ًSocial media age or note, websites are still needed especially for professionals. Many freelancers need websites too as do others for more personal reasons. However, websites do tend to cost a lost in the long run and many people are unaware of this.

I build a website based on YOUR requirements and tastes. I offer copywriting and photos as well, for an additional sum.

My websites are made using WordPress and I do not use Elementor (an Israeli product) to build the site. I would open to using other means of making the website as long as it is not Wix (another Israeli product).

The website content will only be that which adheres to Islamic guidelines and as such I cannot set up sites about music, movies, etc. or those that contain women’s pictures, etc.

I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Engineering from the American University of Sharjah. I also did a Microsoft Technology Certification (MTA) exam in “Introduction to Programming Using Javascript”.

My main website, Al-Bidaayah, was the first website I set up using WordPress. That taught me how to launch and maintain a website. I then did two more websites for friends, one being an ecommerce one. Sadly, they are no longer up.

I set up this website (dx3) on my own as well as my “More than just Do-Buy” website. All of these followed the same principle: set up a wordpress site, choose a beautiful, appropriate theme, then work on the backend (plugins, etc) and frontend (pages, etc).

Some people mistakenly believe that only web developers work hard and that choosing an already existing theme means there is no work to be done in building the website. Far from it. The more complicated the website, the more work there is to be done (and the more the cost).

The initial consultation session (not exclusive) would last 2 hours and costs AED 200. It will detail all the steps involved and the potential cost per step.

Those who are good at IT could potentially use this session as a starting point to making their websites themselves.

The cost of the website itself depends on the amount of pages needed and whether an ecommerce site is needed.

The web design process starts with a two hour session (mentioned above) on the costs involved in each and every aspect of building a website. I  will present you with multiple options – including some free ones, for those who want something extremely basic.

After this, if you decide to proceed further, you would give me your requirements in detail, along with the photos and copywriting. The latter two can also be provided by me for an extra sum.

25% of the amount is paid in advance and 75% upon delivery.

We need to choose a domain name and host and then get a beautiful theme. The costs for all these are NOT included in the web design costs and are separate. This will be made clear in the consultation session.

After choosing a theme, I would get your input for each aspect of the website. We then launch the website. The website password will be provided to you after the full payment is made.
