Attrition Analysis

Project Description

Attrition rate, or employee turnover, is a very important metric of any organisation. Too high of a turnover might suggest that  the employees are very unhappy there or perhaps are not being given enough chances to succeed.

This dataset offered 18 features of employees in a multinational corporation to help us predict whether a certain employee would attrite or not.

I analysed each feature and created a data model to predict the outcome. I then offered some business insights.
